John C. Chigounis retired as Chairman of GIA Partners, LLC (“GIA”) in 2017. During his 18 years with GIA and its predecessor firm Global Investment Advisors, Mr. Chigounis was instrumental in guiding the firm’s growth and development as a global fixed income manager. Previously Mr. Chigounis was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc. (“JPMIM”) where he managed over $5 billion in fixed income assets for institutional clients. His clients included prominent public funds, pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, and endowments. Mr. Chigounis received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and served for three years in the U.S. Army.
Willam L. Cobb, Jr.
Retired Chief Investment Officer,
The Church Pension Fund
William L. Cobb, Jr. retired from The Church Pension Fund in 2014 where he was Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer overseeing $11 billion in defined benefit plan assets for the clergy of the Episcopal Church. Prior to joining The Church Pension Fund in 1999, Mr. Cobb served as Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Investment Management. Over his 28 year career at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Cobb held several positions including regional head of the firm’s business in North America as well as responsible for their equity activities worldwide. Mr. Cobb is a member of and chairs the Investment Committee of the Vestry of Trinity Church Wall Street. He is a past chair of the investment committees of the Wenner Gren Foundation and the Ministers & Missionaries Board of the American Baptist Church. Mr. Cobb is also a member of the Board and Audit Committee of the Glenmede Mutual Funds, and serves as a Director and Audit Committee member of the TCW Direct Lending LLC. Mr. Cobb received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Cobb is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
William E. Rauh

Johnson & Johnson Pension Funds
William E. Rauh retired from Johnson & Johnson in 2016 where he was Assistant Treasurer, Pension Funds. Mr. Rauh had investment responsibility for approximately $40 billion of employee benefit assets. In addition to the US plans, he and his team oversaw $10 billion in 13 major non-US pension funds with liabilities in 8 different currencies. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson in May 1988, Mr. Rauh worked as a pension fund consultant in Mercer’s New York Office, and held various Treasury roles with Inco (International Nickel Company) in their Philadelphia and New York offices. Mr. Rauh has served with many not-for-profit organizations including Vice Chairman of the Board of Pensions, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and is a past President of Pension Group East. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of a 1940 Act Company investing more than $500 million in US small cap equities for institutional investors. Mr. Rauh earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Carol Tomé
Chief Executive Officer, UPS
Carol Tomé is the Chief Executive Officer of UPS. She is the 12th CEO in the 113-year history of the company. Before joining UPS, Carol served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Home Depot, Inc., one of the world’s largest retailers. She joined the company in 1995 as Vice President and Treasurer. Carol began her career as a commercial lender with United Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo) and then spent several years as Director of Banking for Johns-Mansville Corporation. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Carol was Vice President and Treasurer of Riverwood International Corporation. Carol serves as a trustee or board member for a number of organizations including Grady Hospital Foundation, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Sovos Brands and GIA Partners. She is also a member of The Committee of 200, The Buckhead Coalition, The Business Roundtable and The Business Council. A native of Jackson, Wyoming, Carol holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Denver.
